Mr. Cedric Yeung is a Chartered Certified Accountant (UK) with a +12 years of Financial background and experience as Finance Consultant. Mr. Yeung is the Partner of Facts Chartered Certified Accountants handling a portfolio of 150 corporate clients offering a range of accounting, tax consultancy, corporate and financial advisory services. Mr. Yeung has collaborated with his clients for major property and business developments in Mauritius, mainly commercial buildings, industrial buildings, hotel developments, residential apartments, smart city projects as well as business takeovers, mergers and expansions.
Mr. Yeung is also the Finance Director of Facts Investment Group (FIG), investment group company investing in diverse industry sectors in Mauritius such as hospitality management, international interior design contracting company, food and beverage, food chains and services sector.
As a Co-Founder of Fonciera Group, Mr. Cedric Yeung handles all the financial aspect of each project from feasibility studies, cost analysis, budget, forecasts, GFA bank financing as well as the legal structures and due diligence for the good success of each project.

Mr Nandish Mahadeb has a Civil and Structural Engineering background with more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He debuted his career as Project Engineer in one of the leading construction firms in Mauritius. After completing several projects successfully, he shifted to specialised consultancy and project management.
In 2010, Mr Mahadeb founded Benchmark Consulting Engineers Ltd, providing structural and civil engineering consultancy, project management, planning and permit assistance and advisory to private property developers, investors, five-star hotels, PDS developments, Smart City projects and Government projects in Mauritius and Internationally.
Backed by his strong knowledge and experience in the construction industry and having worked with several property developers in the promotion and development of their projects, he has built up a natural flare as to whether a project is a prominent one and what it takes for a real estate project to succeed.
Mr. Mahadeb is all about the technical, planning, project management and development of Fonciera’s projects. He ensures that all legal frameworks and construction works are delivered seamlessly and within the highest quality standards.

Mr. Chafi Hansrod debuted his career as a Communications Designer in the Marketing and Communications Industry Sector. In 2013, Mr Hansrod has been appointed as communications and promoter development Advisor and Consultant for the Choisy Les Bains, Mont Choisy Project, a Real Estate Scheme (RES) project of 90 apartments and 32 villas.
His involvement as project promoter and developer began from the very planning phase of the project including collaborating and assisting with professionals in the conceptual design of the project. Mr. Hansrod lead the promotion, sales and marketing team; developing the concept branding, aggressive local and international market campaigns, road shows, luxury.
Event sponsors and all marketing strategies that lead to the success of such a landmark project in the North of Mauritius. Mr. Hansrod strongly believes that a well planned and executed marketing campaign is primordial to every project’s success.
